What is workplace training?

A future focused, personalised process that helps employees build self understanding, set goals and develop strategies to perform at their best.

Our training services

Build knowledge, confidence and true inclusion

Our training ensures your teams understand neurodiversity and know how to support colleagues effectively. We offer flexible delivery: large scale webinars, interactive team workshops or full day programmes.

We can tailor content to your organisation- or you can choose from our most requested sessions:

A practical overview of neurodiversity, the strengths neurodivergent employees bring and the adjustments that help them succeed. This can also be customised by neurotype.

Neurodiversity Awareness Training (by neurotype)

A deep dive into ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and more- with common traits, workplace barriers and recommended adjustments.

Neuroinclusive Management Training

Give leaders the confidence and tools to create psychologically safe, neuroinclusive environments where talent can thrive.

Building a Neuroinclusive Workplace

Designed for senior leaders, HR and People teams. We explore your organisation’s current position and build a roadmap for sustainable change.

Why it matters

  • Diverse skillsets: Inclusive workplaces unlock the strengths of neurodivergent thinkers- creativity, innovation, problem solving, hyperfocus and attention to detail.
  • Psychological safety: Raising awareness across teams builds confidence, encourages open conversations and supports early intervention.
  • Enhanced wellbeing: Many neurodivergent employees face barriers due to misunderstanding or lack of adjustments. Increasing awareness and access to support improves wellbeing outcomes.
  • Productivity gains: Research shows productivity improvements between 20% and 140% among neurodivergent employees when appropriate support and structures are in place.
  • Legal compliance: Under the UK Equality Act (2010), neurodiversity is protected- and diagnosis is not required for support. Our services help ensure organisations meet their responsibilities.
  • Retention and attraction: Neuroinclusive workplaces see higher retention rates and attract a wider pool of diverse talent who value supportive, progressive employers.
