What is mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where an impartial third party helps individuals in conflict communicate effectively and reach a mutually acceptable resolution. It’s ideal when communication has broken down and offers a safe space to negotiate compromises without formal grievance procedures or legal action.
