Leading The Way In Wellbeing

Everything you need to know about us.

We're The Right People To Support Yours

CiC has been providing Employee Assistance Programmes to organisations for over 30 years (you can read all about where we started and our history since, below).

No longer just an EAP provider, today we are a leading provider of wellbeing services which includes legal, financial, and family support products, as well as training and mediation services.

We also provide critical incident and crisis management support in the UK and across the globe – fundamental to a modern comprehensive wellbeing service.

As a high-quality provider, the same values that helped build CiC are still present today. We’ve developed a strong reputation for a reliable and responsive service, working with a network of expert providers to deliver a holistic service which reflects the ever-changing world of wellbeing services.

Our 30+ Year History

Founded in 1988 by Westminster Pastoral Foundation to provide support for the corporate side of the charity. In 2006, CiC was sold to a management team that has since established a strong reputation for expert clinical delivery, providing counselling and therapeutic support for thousands of employees across all business and industry sectors.

Today, CiC looks after more than 1,000,000 people in the UK alone and is rapidly expanding its international client base, particularly supporting those around the world who are working in hostile environments.
