Ensuring your people are supported before and after remote postings.
A natural part of many organisations is deploying staff to work globally. When deploying staff to hostile environments or to work unsupported in any environment it is recommended to arrange mandatory, confidential check-in sessions before and debrief sessions following their deployment.
Using these sessions, organisations can implement best practice from the outset and support staff in building and working with resilience when on assignment.
CiC have worked for over 30 years to support organisations that send staff on such assignments. Using our global network of experienced, accredited practitioners not only can we ensure that staff have an opportunity to explore any concerns they have in a boundaried, trusted space but we can additionally ask these practitioners to flag potential risks to the individual and, through CiC’s clinical team, to you as the employer.
Discover the features and benefits of Deployment Support Sessions
Mandatory, confidential check-in's pre and post-deployment give employees the opportunity to explore any concerns and begin to develop resilience and mitigate risk before beginning their deployed work.
Using our global network of experienced, accredited practitioners we can arrange these sessions anywhere and in any language. This same network can be called upon to offer continuing support either in-country or online if it is deemed appropriate.
Our practitioners can, with the individual, recognise any potential risks to their mental wellbeing that the organisation should be made aware of. Working with the clinical team at CiC these risks can be discussed, mitigated and monitored without the need to break confidentiality or stop the work from going ahead.
In cases where the individual and practitioner feel that the work should not go ahead at this time they can, in consultation with the clinical team at CiC, facilitate a conversation that passes this to you as the organisation but minimises negative impact on the individual involved.
