The 2014 Employee Assistance European Forum took place last month in Vienna, bringing together delegates from over 25 countries to discuss the topic of leadership and wellbeing, recognising the extent to which wellbeing in organisations is directly related to sensitive and empathetic leadership.
CiC’ s Chief Executive, Kate Nowlan, welcomed delegates to the Conference which saw her take on her new role in the Forum as Immediate Past President.
She said: “The EAEF Conference is a fantastic opportunity to network with employee assistance professionals from other regions and understand the issues they’ re tackling when it comes to promoting employee wellbeing within their own countries.
