This year, we are recognising International Stress Awareness Week (5 – 9 November) with a number of resources designed to help you and your employees’ wellbeing.
The theme for the week is “Does Hi-Tech cause Hi-Stress?’ .
This is a subject that CiC has looked at closely, in order to inform our learning solutions. We have recently developed and delivered training sessions addressing stress surrounding emails, and a flexible seminar on sleep hygiene that explores the effects hi-tech has on our sleep.
Presented by Harry Key, our Training Manager, this webinar gives viewers an introduction to pressure & stress. The webinar finishes by sharing some simple, yet effective wellbeing tips to help combat these negative effects.
