Leading the way in workforce wellbeing

CiC is a different kind of EAP provider. We’ve been in the business since 1989 and are still independent and clinically-focused.

In a market increasingly dominated by anonymous conglomerates, CiC stands firmly by its founding vision that employee support can only be meaningful if it is grounded in sustained relationships.

Driven by our commitment to clinical and corporate excellence, we base each piece of support we deliver on the understanding that every individual is unique and every organisation is different.

We're The Right People To Support Yours

CiC has been providing Employee Assistance Programmes to organisations for 35+ years but we’re not just an EAP provider. Today we are a leading provider of workforce wellbeing services which includes legal, financial, and family support products, as well as training and mediation services.

We also provide critical incident and crisis management support in the UK and across the globe – fundamental to a modern comprehensive wellbeing service.

As a high-quality provider, the same values that helped build CiC are still present today. We’ve developed a strong reputation for a reliable and responsive service, working with a network of expert providers to deliver a holistic service which reflects the ever-changing world of wellbeing services.

Our history

Founded in 1988 by Westminster Pastoral Foundation to provide support for the corporate side of the charity. In 2006, CiC was sold to a management team that has since established a strong reputation for expert clinical delivery, providing counselling and therapeutic support for thousands of employees across all business and industry sectors.

Since 2020, CiC Wellbeing has been part of APM Group and today, CiC looks after more than 1,000,000 people in the UK alone and is rapidly expanding its international client base, particularly supporting those around the world who are working in hostile environments.
