COVID-19 Support

During major events, such as the global Covid-19 outbreak, it is normal and expected that some people will experience heightened anxiety around a wide range of issues. Our teams are committed to ensuring your people get the support they need during this uncertain time. Throughout the pandemic, we have been providing our counselling service via telephone and digital platforms, continuing to deliver the same high quality support. Alongside helping individuals, CiC can also provide additional support to managers to navigate this period. Our dedicated managerial adviceline can assist managers with helping individuals need additional support, managing difficult work situations (e.g. redundancies, closures), managing remote teams, resolving conflict, checking in on your teams wellbeing and looking after yourself as a manager.

CiC are here to support with:

  • Counselling
  • 24/7 AdviceLine for in the moment support
  • Managerial support
