Relaxation techniques

We all know that relaxation is good for us but it is often forgotten amongst all the other priorities begging for attention in our lives.

While finding something to do is usually easy – drafting an email, organising our paperwork or a project that needs finishing – making time to stop and slow down can feel much more challenging. We can become so used to being busy and occupied that we may not know what to do with ourselves if we
stop. Being busy becomes a habit.
